How long are mentorship engagements?
Most engagements run 3–6 months in either weekly or bi-weekly cadence. Long enough to build momentum, short enough to keep focus.
I'm a senior engineer — is this worth it?
Especially. Senior engineers tend to plateau on the political and strategic side, not the technical. That's where I focus most.
What if our sessions stop being useful?
Then we stop. If a session ever feels like it didn't move you forward, tell me — I'll either change the approach or end the engagement and refund.
Can we focus on just one skill area?
Yes. Some folks come for talk prep, others for code review craft, others for whole-career mapping. We scope at the start.
